YOGA FOR BEGINNER SERIES

Yoga is fun!! But if you are new to yoga, want to improve your flexibility, or get healthy, Yoga can be a little scary.  Specifically designed for beginners, this series is an introduction to yoga in a safe and supportive environment where the only requirement is that you have no idea what you are doing (don’t worry, we will help with that)!  This Beginner Series is designed specifically to help new yoga students get acquainted with the poses and postures quickly and get ready for public classes. This class covers the fundamentals of yoga philosophy, how to breathe, and step-by-step instruction on the foundational yoga postures including options or adjustments to fit your body,  needs and abilities.

YOGA FOR GOLFERS SERIES

6 WEEKS (Once a Week)

$137

Series students have unlimited access to regular studio classes for the duration of the series.

Yoga for Golfers series is for individuals who wish to focus on improving their game as they establish and progress in their yoga practice. The smaller class size allows the instructor to work closely with each student and offer appropriate options. The dominant muscles used to play the sport are the focus in this series, improving the students' flexibility, strength, and balance, all of which are important for a great game on the course. These benefits result in a better range of motion, increased strength, and reduced risk of injury. Additionally, yoga's emphasis on breath control and mind-calming techniques will add mental power to the students' game and develop greater mind control and focus.

NOTE: This series is appropriate for beginning and continuing students comfortable with standing, prone or supine poses.

Yoga for Golfers - 4 Week Series

YOGA FOR BACK HEALTH SERIES - LEVEL I

6 WEEKS (Once a Week)

Series students have unlimited access to regular studio classes for the duration of the series.

Yoga for back health series addresses the needs of students who want to focus on the health of their spine as they establish and progress their yoga practice. Our instructor will guide students in how to maintain a healthy spine by addressing flexibility, core stability, posture, and breathing all of which are necessary for a healthy spine so the student can feel strong and relaxed. While working on flexibility and core stability, the student will learn to breathe with the intention for relaxation and stability.

 

NOTE: This series is appropriate for beginning and continuing students comfortable with standing, prone or supine poses, however, if you have had recent surgery or have major limitations, check with your doctor prior to enrolling.

Yoga For Back Health  - 6 Week Series

Starts Monday, January 13th to February 17th, 2020 - 7:00 pm

6 WEEKS (Once a Week)

This series is a gentle form of yoga for better balance, strength, and flexibility that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support so the beginner students feel, stronger, more balanced and confident in their practice.

You have up to 10 business days before the series to cancel in writing at info@palmetto.yoga in order to receive a full refund.  You have up to 9 business days to still receive a refund less an administrative fee.  If you cancel, you may NOT substitute a friend or family member in your place.  Any openings in a series will be filled from our waiting list.
