BREATHE, MOVE & RELAX COMBO

(Seasoned Beginner)

This class blends two styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of breath to movement sequences and standing poses with a Relax Yoga practice providing the beginner students an opportunity and confidence to experience a short class of intermediate poses and measure the progress of their yoga journey.
