Candlelight yoga is… well, it's exactly what it sounds like. When you practice candlelight yoga, the intention is different than when you practice a more vigorous practice. This practice is more holistic and focuses on stretching, gentle movement, and mindful breath, followed by a Yoga Nidra (guided meditation), while the warm glow of the candles helps you to relax and prepares your body for sleep.
