Saturdays at 10:30 pm

This class is for our fellas, where they can feel comfortable to practice together without worrying about "being the only guy in class." This class is designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga and will help students explore their practice and become more familiar with breath-to-movement sequences. This class is slower-paced and offers individualized guidance and appropriate options so the student feels motivated and committed to building a steady routine.
