GENTLE HOUR FLOW
SEASONED BEGINNER
This class is suitable for beginners to yoga who have been introduced to basic yoga poses and proper alignment. It is also for the students who would like to explore their practice and become more familiar with breath to movement sequences. This class is slower-paced and offers individualized guidance and appropriate options so the student feels confident and strong.
