CLASS, MEMBERSHIPS & REIKI CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
All students are solely responsible for reading and following our guidelines so everyone can have an enjoyable practice, while we maintain and sustain our community studio. By attending classes and appointments, you are agreeing to all our guidelines and policies.
RESERVE your spot from our website online schedule or the Wellness Living mobile app or website (wellnessliving.com), or you may drop in to take a class. Some classes fill faster than others, so it is best to sign up online to secure your spot. If you need to cancel, you should do so at least 2 hours BEFORE that class begins. Please refer to our cancellation and no-show policies for further information (below).
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
It takes a lot to run a studio and provide quality offerings to our students. We try and offer you the best services possible. In order to do that, please be sure that you're booking the correct service and can attend classes, workshops, and be able to use the membership or services in the specified time allotted. We do not offer refunds of classes, memberships or workshops purchased. It is your responsibility to read our guidelines before purchasing. Non-use of services are not grounds for a refund.
CLASS AND MEMBERSHIPS CANCELATION POLICIES
Please note that we do not accept phone or email for class cancellations. Class cancellations can be submitted via your Wellness Living mobile app or website. If you have not canceled your class and are on an auto-pay form of membership, a No-show fee of $15 will be charged to your card on file. Any class card or single class pass (drop-in) will be forfeited if you do not cancel prior to 2 hours BEFORE the start of class, but you will not be charged any additional fees.
A No-Show fee occurs when you are signed up for a class and, you guessed it, do not show up OR cancel 2 hours prior. The No-Show fee is $15. Sorry, but we cannot make individual exceptions. Please note, this is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty. No-shows and no-cancels limit other members from participating in classes and are disruptive to our Member Community.
For the benefit of instructors and students alike, we welcome you to arrive at the studio 15 minutes before every scheduled class. We do not allow any entry into class once the teacher has entered the studio and class has begun. Doors will be locked at the start of class. (See Studio Guidelines)
SINGLE CLASS DROP-IN (Members, Non-Members and Perks Club Guests) / 10 CLASS PASS
If you purchased a single class Drop-In or a 10 Class Pass, a no-show/no cancel will not result in additional charges but will result in the forfeiture of the class fee paid. No additional fees will be charged but you will not be able to use the class at a later time. A missed class cannot be transferred or used for another date.
WORRY-FREE AUTO-PAY MEMBERSHIPS CANCELLATION

All memberships will auto-renew unless you send an email to cancel. It is your responsibility to stop the automatic payment via email 30 business days BEFORE the date that your monthly membership renews. There are no refunds if a membership cancellation or freeze request has been received after the card is charged.
Send a membership cancellation or freeze request email to , 30 business days BEFORE your monthly billing cycle date. Membership cancellations and freezes require 30 business days notice before the monthly billing date.
PLEASE NOTE: A membership cancellation or freeze request sent WITHIN the 30 business day period before your monthly billing date will incur a 45% service charge to cancel or freeze (45% of your membership monthly fee). To avoid service charges, all cancellation and freeze requests must occur 30 business days BEFORE your billing date via email.
All membership cancellations and freeze requests must be received in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Verbal conversations, text messages, phone calls and other forms of communication are not acceptable.
But why cancel when you can freeze your membership for up to 60 days at a $10 monthly fee and can attend one class a month free of charge. Also, you may choose to drop down from your current membership to one that suits your schedule better, without penalty or a $30 reactivation fee.
Under no circumstances are date extensions or class credits roll-overs granted. Members receive the same number of classes each billing cycle.
Monthly memberships may not be used by, or transferred to, another person.

No rollover or extensions on any style of memberships --no exceptions.
YOGA SERIES CANCELLATION POLICY
You have up to 10 business days before the series to cancel in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive a full refund. You have up to 9 business days to still receive a refund less an administrative fee. If you cancel, you may NOT substitute a friend or family member in your place. Any openings in a series will be filled from our waiting list.
All workshop sales are final with no refunds. Arrive early to claim your spot, late admittance (5 mins after start time) is not allowed. Workshops cannot be transferred to other workshops, a friend or family member. Please be sure that you can attend before purchasing any workshop classes.
ALL MEMBERSHIPS / CLASS PASS
Monthly auto-pay memberships have no expiration date and are all auto-renewing each month until cancellation.
The 10 Class Pass has no expiration date.
PRIVATE SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24-hour cancellation notice via email at email@example.com is needed prior to your class. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given we will deduct or charge the session from your account. Please note that we do not accept phone or text cancellations.
REIKI TREATMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24-hour cancellation notice via email at firstname.lastname@example.org is needed prior to your treatment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given we will deduct the session from your treatment package or charge your account for your missed appointment if a single treatment was purchased. Please note that we do not accept phone or text cancellations.
