This class is designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga, including an introduction to basic yoga poses and proper alignment. It is also for the students who would like to explore their practice and become more familiar with breath-to-movement sequences. This class is slower-paced and offers individualized guidance and appropriate options so the student feels motivated and committed to building a steady routine.
