This class welcomes students to practice foundational yoga poses and transitions in dynamic
sequences. The progression of movements and accompanying breath patterns lead to
increased energy and awareness, yet have the restorative nature yoga is known for. To create a
seamless flow of movements, the Chinese practice of Qi Gong is woven throughout the
asanas. These simple, graceful movements are known for their balancing and soothing effects.
Together, the benefits are amplified and a meditative nature can be achieved.
