This class is perfect for those seeking to relax and relieve anxiety. Yin Yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissue and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. This is perfect for a recovery day and for those needing a little “me” time. This yoga practice is slow and stretchy, so the student feels relaxed, rested, and calm.
