This is an adaptable class allowing the students to experience gentler postures, breathing exercises, and meditation practices. The focus is on the needs of older beginning students, providing tips for moving comfortably into a pose, avoiding injury, and using a helpful prop such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps so the students feel confident and balanced.
