In addition, learn breathing (pranayama) and meditations for connecting to your higher Self, grounding you in the inner intelligence that is always ready to guide you.
The Ayurvedic nutrition lifestyle has been around for thousands of years and is often called the oldest continuously practiced healthcare system in the world. It focuses on balancing different types of energy within your body, which is said to improve health. The Ayurvedic lifestyle provides personalized recommendations about which foods to eat and avoid based on your body type. Like yoga, Ayurveda promotes a balance between your body and mind.
You do not have to have taken Part I to join us. A questionnaire to determine your "dosha" will be sent to you the week before. A dosha is one of three substances that are present in a person's body according to Ayurveda.
