Join Jessica as she leads us through a mindful movement yoga class followed by an inspirational water-color painting class in creating your own Mandala. ALL MATERIALS ARE INCLUDED AND FOR YOU TO TAKE HOME!
What is a Mandala? In Asian traditions, mandalas are an object of meditation to aid in one’s spiritual development. The imagery
depicts the universe and the symbols represent one’s spiritual journey, the cycles of birth-life-death, and the inter-connectedness of all living things.
When you create your own mandala, think of it as an echo of your soul. Drawing and coloring a mandala can be a highly enriching personal experience in which you look inside yourself and find the shapes, colors and patterns to represent anything from your current state of mind to your most deeply-desired wish for yourself, for a loved one, or for humanity.
