SHOULDERS, NOT BOULDERS! Yoga Tune-Up® Therapy Ball Workshop for the Upper Body.
Join Juliet Hewitt, RYT-500 and Certified Yoga Tune Up® Instructor for this workshop aimed to help create more freedom of movement in the upper body.
Does Downward Facing Dog make your shoulders and wrists bark? Any weight-bearing activity on your arms such as typing on a computer, carrying groceries, or lifting weights can create muscle imbalance. This can manifest as wrist pain, muscle soreness, or an ache in the upper back between the shoulder blades.
In this workshop, you will learn self-massage techniques using Yoga Tune Up® balls that locate and excavate upper body “hotspots” to improve posture, breathing, and range of motion for the shoulders, chest, neck, and wrists.
Yoga Tune Up® Balls will be provided for use during the workshop, as well as available for purchase.
