Saturdays at 10:30 am

Gettin' our mind, body, and soul in shape! This class is designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga and understand basic yoga poses and proper alignment, as well as those who would like to become more familiar with breath-to-movement sequences. While slower paced than our Intermediate classes, this class will hit all the high points - strength, stretch, balance and breath, serving as the ultimate workout for our mind, body, and soul.
