Get your blood pumping in the morning and set the tone for your entire day! Awaken your body and mind with this invigorating and faster-paced class that incorporates energizing flow sequences. This intermediate class is designed for those who have a solid foundation and strong understanding of the basic yoga postures, as well as understand the relationship between breath and movement. Recommended for students who have been practicing yoga regularly for at least one year.
