Kundalini Yoga is the "yoga of awareness" and is a combination of breath, movement, and sound. Through the practice of Kundalini, we bring energy up our spine through our seven chakras, and out the crown of our head, in order to increase self-awareness by silencing our mind and unblocking our chakras so that our vital energy can flow freely. Whereas Kundalini is traditionally practiced with a more rigid discipline, this class caters to students of all levels and offers options for everyone's individual needs and limits.
