A certified registered Hatha Yoga teacher with over 200 hours of training (RYT-200) with Rasika Yoga School (City Yoga of Columbia), Jeff began practicing yoga 15 years ago to help keep his body and mind in good physical condition while in recovery. After receiving the therapeutic benefits of yoga and becoming more grounded in all areas of his life, he was convinced that transformation through yoga is not only possible but also empowering and enjoyable.
Jeff believes that yoga is most beneficial when applied to practical, everyday life experiences. This philosophy means he presents his classes in a way that best serves his students and simplifies a seemingly complicated practice. He offers a challenging yet accessible yoga class that is infused with philosophy, breathing, anatomy and alignment. He is continually growing both as a teacher and a student. His training is ongoing and constantly evolving. His dedication and passion for yoga allows him to continually grow while sharing all of his knowledge and enthusiasm with his students.

Through individualized guidance and appropriate options, all poses are gentle and accessible for all. For those newer to yoga, this is the perfect place to start.

There may be nothing more beneficial to our overall wellbeing than maintaining a healthy spine. This gentle class incorporates stretches, poses, and exercises to help keep our back and our core strong while helping to relieve the discomfort that we often experience here.
Kind Kundalini
75 minutes
Kundalini Yoga is the "yoga of awareness" and is a practice that blends simple, repetitive movements with guided breathwork and meditation to help awaken and balance the body’s energy systems. Whereas Kundalini is traditionally practiced with a more rigid discipline, this class caters to students of all levels and offers options for everyone's individual needs.


Aging Gracefully (50+)
60 minutes
Aimed at students over 50, this class is highly adaptable, allowing students to experience gentler postures, breathing exercises, and meditation practices. With its focus on at the needs of older beginning students, this class provides tips for moving comfortably into a pose, avoiding injury, and using helpful props so the students feel supported and balanced.
YINside Out
60 minutes
Perfect for those seeking to stretch and relax after a long day. Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for longer periods to gently stretch the deeper tissues and fascia of the body and support joint health. This all-levels class offers a quiet, calming experience to help release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga provides a flexible practice that meets you where you are. Using both seated poses and optional chair-supported standing movements, this class is well-suited for those who prefer to stay seated, are healing, are looking to ease stiffness from long hours of sitting, or want to complement their mat practice with added support.

TGIF Power Down
60 minutes
The perfect end to a long week. This class blends restorative yoga—restful poses using props for comfort and support—with yoga nidra, a guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation. Expect to release tension, relieve stress and anxiety, quiet the mind, and leave feeling grounded and restored.
