(Seasoned Beginner)

Start your morning spending time on your mat! Awaken your body by warming it up with Sun Salutations and other flowing yoga sequences. This class is designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga and understand basic yoga poses and proper alignment, as well as those who would like to become more familiar with breath-to-movement sequences. While slower paced than our Intermediate classes, this class will invigorate you and prepare you to face your day!
