Restorative & Yoga Nidra

(60 minute class)

The perfect way to end your week! First we set the mood with the warm glow of candlelight, then invite students to relax and unwind. This practice focuses on gentle stretching, restorative postures, and mindful breath, followed by a Yoga Nidra (guided meditation), resulting in ultimate relaxation and preparing your body for sleep.
